For reasons unbeknownst to us, the Gmail engine sometimes thinks that our download or purchase emails are spam. We are currently working with them to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, if you have:
- Requested a free download link; or
- Received a confirmation of your Machinechat software license key purchase,
but did not receive your download link or license key, please do the following:
1. Do a search on your online Gmail account for an email from sales@machinechat.io. Be sure to conduct the search in your “Mail & Spam & Trash” folders. Most likely the email is there. (If it is, please be sure to click on the button that says “This is Not Spam” so that we can continue to let Gmail know that our emails aren’t spam!)
2. If the email is not found in your search, please send us an email at support@machinechat.io and include the date, time and email address you used to make your purchase or download request.
